Effective Date: 02/10/2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any request, estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, or service provided by Midwest Roofing and Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting or accepting services, approving an estimate, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and visible conditions.
Scope of work is limited to what is written in the approved estimate/proposal.
Any customer approval (including e-signature, email, text confirmation, or Jobber approval) constitutes authorization to perform the described work.
Roofing and exterior work can reveal hidden conditions (e.g., decking rot, flashing failure, water damage, code-required upgrades).
If additional work is required, we will provide a change order (written or electronic) for your approval before proceeding when practical.
You are responsible for costs associated with approved change orders.
Schedules are estimates and may change due to weather, safety conditions, supplier delays, crew availability, or permitting/inspection timing.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule updates promptly.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a reasonable service/inspection or scheduling fee.
Payment terms are stated in your estimate, invoice, or contract.
A deposit may be required for certain projects (especially replacements or material orders).
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved electronic payments including ACH and credit/debit cards.
If card/processing fees apply, they may be reflected in the invoice or payment method terms.
Late balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts and administrative fees where permitted by law.
Material availability can change. If a specified product becomes unavailable, we may propose a comparable substitute.
Color samples may appear different due to lighting and screen settings; final appearance may vary.
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including driveways, gates, and work areas.
Please secure pets and remove valuables from work areas.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed issues, or items not disclosed that impact safe access or work quality.
Construction involves noise, debris, and temporary disruption. We perform reasonable cleanup; however, roofing work may leave small debris (e.g., nails).
We recommend keeping children and pets away from work areas during and after installation.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsafe site conditions outside our control (e.g., unstable ground, hidden utilities, structural defects).
Any workmanship warranty, if offered, will be stated in writing in the estimate/contract.
Manufacturer material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and registration requirements.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, building movement, improper prior repairs, neglect, or modifications by others.
We can assist with documentation and scope discussions, but coverage decisions are made by the insurer, not the Company.
You remain responsible for all amounts not paid by insurance, including deductibles and non-covered items.
Supplements may be required if hidden damage is discovered, subject to insurer approval.
We may take photos/videos of work for documentation, quality control, and warranty purposes. We will not publicly post identifiable customer information without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
If a concern arises, you agree to contact us first and allow a reasonable opportunity to address it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the project is located, unless otherwise required by law.
Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the work was performed, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
